Maison Pierre Gimonnet has been in existence for over two centuries. Its vineyards span 28 hectares in the heart of the Côte des Blancs. Their cuvées highlight Chardonnay from the Grand Cru vineyards of Cramant, Oger, and Chouilly, and the Premier Cru vineyards of Cuis and Vertus. The vineyards consist partly of old vines. Their oldest vines were planted in 1911 in Cramant, and 80% of the vineyard is over 30 years old. This exceptional estate produces cuvées of remarkable consistency.
The Brut Cuis 1er Cru reflects the style and philosophy of Maison Pierre Gimonnet. It is a champagne full of elegance and finesse. The Cuvée Fleuron is the house’s traditional vintage, offering great purity and an almost crystalline clarity on both the nose and the palate. The Cuvée Oenophile, meanwhile, is a cuvée tailor-made for the aperitif. With its freshness and finesse, it is the ideal champagne to awaken the palate before sitting down to dinner. Finally, the Cuvée Spécial Club is Maison Gimonnet’s prestige cuvée, offering a complex nose blending floral, waxy, and citrus notes.
