The history of Maison Louise Brison is, above all, a family story—one that spans four generations. Its vineyard is located in the Côte des Bar on Kimmeridgian soil composed of clay-limestone bedrock rich in fossilized marine organisms. This unique terroir, with ideal exposure, is planted with Pinot Noir—which offers a generous and refined character—and Chardonnay, which brings roundness and finesse. After years of sustainable farming practices, Maison Louise Brison began the transition to organic viticulture in 2017 and achieved organic certification starting with the 2020 vintage.

Louise Brison champagnes invite you on a journey through aromas, flavors, and colors. The cuvées are vintage-designated to allow each year to express itself freely and offer its own nuances and emotions. They are vinified and aged in oak barrels, a living material that helps develop aromatic complexity. The lineup includes the Chardonnay from the Côte des Bar—a pure and refined champagne that will delight Chardonnay enthusiasts—the Rosé from the Côte des Bar—a macerated rosé with a distinct character and superb fruity, indulgent notes—and the Cuvée A l’Aube from the Côte des Bar—a precise and luminous champagne that reveals the full richness of the Côte des Bar.
