The Diebolt-Vallois estate is located in Cramant in the Côte des Blancs, the birthplace of the Chardonnay grape variety. The estate, which now covers 11 hectares, is managed by Jacques Diebolt and Nadia Vallois, assisted by their two children Arnaud and Isabelle. It is mainly located in the villages of Cramant in Grand Cru and Cuis in Premier Cru, and is complemented by other plots in Chouilly and on the Coteaux d'Epernay in Chardonnay, on the Montagne de Reims and the Côte des Bar in Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The Diebolt-Vallois vineyard is managed using sustainable methods with minimal treatment.

Chardonnay is the king of the Diebolt-Vallois range and is found in particular in the Blanc de Blancs, a tense, lively and fresh cuvée. The Cuvée Prestige symbolises the Diebolt-Vallois style and expertise, with more toasty and fruity aromas. It is a generous and balanced cuvée. Finally, the jewel in the range, the Cuvée Fleur de Passion, is simply praised by the best connoisseurs, who rank it among the best champagnes in the world.
