Designed by the French artist Florence Deygas, known for her elegance of design, this Ribbon Bottle Server was inspired by the ribbon with which Mme Clicquot used to seal her bottles. This is a metal ribbon that twines delicately around the bottle to form a handle for ease and elegance of service.

It is a champagne which offers optimal balance between finesse and power.

Brut Yellow Label is the incarnation of the Veuve Clicquot style.

A dominance of Pinot Noir gives this cuvee the structure which is the hallmark of this champagne house, completed by a smoothness imparted by a touch of Pinot Meunier, and elegance and finesse brought by the Chardonnay. The result is a perfectly balanced champagne created from a palette of 50 to 60 different Crus.

Traditionally composed of 50 to 55% Pinot Noir, 15 to 20% Pinot Meunier and 28 to 33% Chardonnay, the Brut Yellow Label also contains a particularly high percentage of reserve wines, generally between 25 to 35%, rising to 40% if necessary in order to ensure the regularity of the Veuve Clicquot style.

These reserve wines, from several different harvests (5 to 6 on average, and up to nine years old), are aged individually to respect the character and origin of the different Crus and vintages.

Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label is beautifully golden with a fine, abundant mousse.

The powerful nose opens with aromas of white fleshed fruits and dried fruits followed by vanilla and brioche.

The attack is incisive and dynamic, leading to a harmonious fruitiness, with good architecture, which marks out this champagne as a well-structured and vinous brut.
