Brut Carte Jaune reflects the style of Veuve Clicquot. The dominance of Pinot Noir ensures the typical structure of wines from the Reims-based house, while a slight touch of Pinot Meunier adds roundness. Chardonnay gives it the elegance and finesse necessary for the perfect balance of a cuvée made from a blend of around 50 to 60 different crus.

The traditional structure of the Brut Carte Jaune cuvée is composed of 50 to 55% Pinot Noir, 15 to 20% Pinot Meunier and 28 to 33% Chardonnay.

The blend includes a particularly high percentage of reserve wines from several harvests (5 to 6 on average): 25 to 35%, sometimes up to 40% to ensure the longevity of the Veuve Clicquot style. These reserve wines, the oldest of which are up to nine years old, are stored individually, respecting the origin of the crus and vintages.

Veuve Clicquot Carte Jaune has a beautiful color with golden yellow highlights and a generous, fine mousse.

This Brut has a powerful nose, initially fruity (white fruits, dried fruits), then vanilla and brioche.

On the palate, the attack is clean and dynamic, giving way to a harmonious fruitiness. The wine has a certain structure, which classifies it as a structured and vinous Brut.
