Veuve Clicquot's Carte Jaune in half-bottles brings the house's expertise to a more intimate format. This is a non-vintage cuvée that reflects Veuve Clicquot's unique expertise in blending. Composed mainly of Pinot Noir (50 to 55%), this grape variety brings structure and power to the wine, while Chardonnay (28 to 33%) adds finesse and elegance. Finally, Pinot Meunier (15 to 20%) completes the blend, bringing fruit and roundness.

This champagne is made from a blend of 50 to 60 crus. The addition of reserve wines, which can represent up to 45% of the blend, gives the cuvée aromatic depth and continuity of style. These reserve wines come from vintages, some of which are nearly 30 years old.

Aged for a minimum of 30 months in the cellar, the Carte Jaune demi-bottle reaches optimal maturity. The dosage, at 9 g/L, perfectly balances the freshness and expressiveness of the wine.
