Veuve Clicquot's Carte Jaune champagne is a non-vintage cuvée that perfectly embodies the house's expertise. The dominant Pinot Noir ensures the typical structure of the Reims-based house's wines, while a slight touch of Pinot Meunier completes the roundness. Chardonnay gives it the elegance and finesse necessary for the perfect balance of a cuvée made from a blend of around 50 to 60 different crus. This cuvée is thus based on a blend of 50 to 55% Pinot Noir, 28 to 33% Chardonnay and 15 to 20% Meunier.

Up to 45% of reserve wines are blended in, some of which can be up to 30 years old, ensuring aromatic depth and continuity of the Veuve Clicquot style. These reserve wines are stored individually, respecting the origin of the crus and vintages. The minimum aging period is 30 months in the cellar, and the dosage is balanced at 9 g/L, resulting in an expressive, powerful, and fresh champagne.
