The Carte Jaune cuvée embodies the historic style of Veuve Clicquot, characterized by a high proportion of Pinot Noir, which provides structure and power. Blended from 50 to 55% Pinot Noir, this champagne develops a strong character. Chardonnay (28 to 33%) gives it elegance and finesse, while Pinot Meunier (15 to 20%) completes the balance with its roundness.

This champagne is made with a balanced dosage of 10 g/l, revealing its characteristic roundness and liveliness. Aged on lees for at least three years, this champagne develops an aromatic complexity that appeals to discerning connoisseurs.
