The Carte Jaune cuvée embodies the historic style of Veuve Clicquot, marked by a significant proportion of Pinot Noir, offering structure and power. Blended from 50 to 55% Pinot Noir, this champagne develops a strong character. Chardonnay (28 to 33%) gives it elegance and finesse, while Pinot Meunier (15 to 20%) completes the balance with its roundness.

The making of this champagne relies on a balanced dosage of 10 g/l, revealing a roundness and vivacity characteristic of it. Aged on lees for a minimum of three years, this champagne develops an aromatic complexity that appeals to discerning connoisseurs.
