Maison Vazart-Coquart is located in Chouilly, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs. Founded in 1954, the House is currently run by Jean-Pierre Vazart, who draws on experience, tradition, and new technologies to produce a fine, elegant champagne. The 11-hectare vineyard, mainly planted with Chardonnay, is cultivated with the utmost respect for the environment. In 2012, Maison Vazart-Coquart obtained High Environmental Value certification for its winegrowing practices. And in 2017, it decided to convert to organic winegrowing.

The originality of Maison Vazart-Coquart lies in the creation of the Cuvée Spécial Gourmet (formerly known as "Spécial Foie Gras"). This champagne with a high dosage (30g/L) is classified in the "Champagne Sec" category and offers a gourmet touch that perfectly accompanies foie gras. But the House also stands out with its Cuvée Camille, the only cuvée that is not a Blanc de Blancs, along with the Cuvée Brut Rosé. Not to mention the Cuvée Spécial Club 2015, the House's prestigious cuvée, produced only in great years and born out of its membership in the Club Trésors de Champagne.
