Description
Vazart-Coquart's Brut Réserve Blanc de Blancs is a light, fresh champagne with fine, lively bubbles.
This cuvée is made from Chardonnay grapes from the Chouilly terroirs, classified Grand Cru and located on the famous Côte des Blancs.
Vazart-Coquart Brut Réserve Blanc de Blancs is vinified in stainless-steel vats, and undergoes malolactic fermentation to give this champagne roundness and suppleness.
35% of the wines in this cuvée come from a solera begun in 1982, reserve wines that add complexity and depth.
Brut Réserve Vazart-Coquart has a pale yellow color with slightly green highlights. Its bubbles are fine and light.
On the nose, notes of citrus evolve, followed by more complex notes of white pepper, iodine and white flowers (acacia).
On the palate, Brut Réserve Blanc de Blancs has a supple, fresh attack, with a creamy effervescence. This champagne offers notes of fresh fruit, apple, pear, lemon and grapefruit, evolving on a mineral and chalky background.
The finish is clean, long and airy.
