Vazart-Coquart champagne
Vazart-Coquart is situated at Chouilly in the heart of the Côte des Blancs and currently managed by Jean-Pierre Vazart who has built on the tradition and experience of this champagne house and also drawn the best from new technologies to produce refined and elegant champagnes.
The vineyard is managed with respect for the environment and Vazart-Coquart has been awarded the certification “High Environmental Value” for their domain.
They are renowned for their cuvée Spécial Foie Gras, a Champagne ‘Sec’ which receives a dosage of 30g/L for a gourmand touch which will perfectly accompany foie gras.
