Description
Taittinger's Nocturne Rosé is a champagne dedicated to the night.
It is a dry champagne, sweeter than a traditional champagne, made from a blend of 40% Chardonnay and 60% Pinot. This blend is aged for four years in the cellars of the house to develop its aromas.
The dosage is therefore dry, i.e. higher than a traditional champagne, at around 17.5g of sugar per liter. This results in a round, smooth champagne.
Taittinger's Nocturne Rosé has a bright pink color and fine, lively bubbles.
On the nose, it is a delicious champagne, revealing pastry and gourmet notes.
The attack on the palate is frank and generous, carried by a beautiful freshness. Notes of red fruit and a beautiful structure are found. This is a smooth and balanced cuvée.
