Taittinger's Nocturne champagne is made from 40% Chardonnay and 60% Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. This blend, sourced from around thirty different crus, produces a champagne with a subtle and nuanced balance.
This dry champagne, with a sugar content of 17.5 g/l, offers a sweetness and roundness that makes it an ideal companion for the end of the evening. Aged for at least four years in the Taittinger cellars, Nocturne develops a rich and generous structure. This slow aging allows its aromas to refine.
The Nocturne cuvée has a pale yellow color with golden highlights, traversed by fine bubbles forming a delicate mousse.
On the nose, Nocturne reveals aromas of yellow peach anddried apricot.
On the palate, the attack is supple and creamy, followed by flavors of raisins and fruits in syrup, leading to a long and flavorful finish.
