The production of Taittinger Brut Prestige Rosé champagne

Brut Prestige Rosé Taittinger is a blended rosé, a demanding method that gives this cuvée its balance between fruit and freshness. This champagne is made with 30% Chardonnay, which brings finesse and elegance, and 70% Pinot Noir. Part of the Pinot Noir grapes, 15%, which come mainly from the Montagne de Reims and Les Riceys, are vinified in red. They make up 15% of the blend, giving it its intense pink color and powerful aromas on the palate.

After bottling, Brut Prestige Rosé is left to rest in the Taittinger cellars for several years, developing very expressive aromas and a fine, persistent mousse.
