This box includes a bottle of Spécial Cuvée Bollinger and two tasting flutes specially designed to highlight the aromas of this cuvée.

The Bollinger Special Cuvée is the purest expression of the style of one of the oldest Champagne houses.

The blend of this cuvée is remarkably consistent and stands out from other champagnes with a contribution of 10% of reserve wine fermented in oak barrels, which gives it a vinous aspect specific to Bollinger.

Few Champagne houses achieve the undisputed reputation of Bollinger. Seriousness and regularity have been its best assets since the beginning of the 19th century, and the Special Cuvée demonstrates this: a largely dominant blend of Pinot Noir (60% minimum) from several years, it asserts itself, in a style nervous, full-bodied and beautifully fresh, like the very type of non-vintage “simple” brut of great character and seduction. A success that never fades.

The Bollinger Special Cuvée has a beautiful pale golden yellow color with fine and generous bubbles.

Its nose brings superb aromatic notes of apple, ripe apricot, citrus, then toast, brioche and hazelnut.

The mouth is vinous, the Chardonnay brings its finesse and its freshness, the Pinot Noir its roundness and its body, we find the fruity of the nose when it evolves.

The finish is long, fresh and pleasant.

The Special Cuvée is a high class champagne.
