Located in Passy-Grigny, in the heart of the Marne Valley, Maison Thevenet-Delouvin has been committed to sustainable viticulture for many years, respecting and preserving the vineyard and its environment. In 2016, the company obtained dual certification for High Environmental Value and Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne. Isabelle and Xavier Thevenet are continuing the family tradition by producing distinctive wines that are a true expression of their expertise and terroir. These wines are elegant and superbly fruity.
The Cuvée Carte Noire embodies the style of Maison Thevenet-Delouvin with its fine bubbles, fruitiness and beautiful freshness, while the Brut Réserve adds an extra touch of complexity. Isabelle and Xavier Thevenet have also developed a range with a unique vinification process, returning to the origins of champagne: the Cuvées Insolite. The Cuvée Insolite Chardonnay is a Blanc de Blancs that surprises with its purity, length and elegance, while the Cuvée Insolite Meunier offers a refined expression of Pinot Meunier, marked by freshness and salinity.
