Established in Passy-Grigny, in the heart of the Marne valley, Thevenet-Delouvin have long been advocates of sustainable viticulture. The champagnes made by Isabelle and Xavier Thevenet reflect their terroir with style and elegance. The cuvée Carte Noire is a good example of their house style with its fine bubbles, great freshness and touch of vinosity. The Brut Réserve has an extra touch of complexity and more pronounced fruit, whereas the cuvée Chardonnay is a bright citrusy Blanc de Blancs. Isabelle and Xavier Thevenet have also developed a special ”Insolite” range, using particular winemaking techniques inspired by the original champagne making methods.
