Description

The Brut Rosé from Thevenet-Delouvin is a delicate and elegant cuvée with a pale pink color.

It is characterized by a beautiful finesse on the palate and notes of red berries (especially strawberry).

Presentation of Isabelle and Xavier Thevenet

This is a blended rosé, based on the Carte Noire cuvée with 10 to 12% red wine added. The red wine is made from Pinot Meunier grapes grown on old vines in Cerseuil and Passy-Grigny. This blend brings out subtle red fruit aromas while softening the round character of the Pinot Meunier. This cuvée has a dosage of 9.5g/l.
