The Insolite cuvée from Thevenet-Delouvin is a Blanc de Blancs (100% Chardonnay) produced in a limited edition of just 1,000 bottles.
It is an experimental cuvée created by Xavier Thevenet to explore new aromatic avenues. And the challenge has been met with flying colors.
This cuvée has very low dosage (3.8 g/l), is made from the 2003 harvest, and vinified exclusively in barrels (alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in barrels). It is a natural cuvée, without artifice.
