Following Brexit, deliveries to the United Kingdom are temporarily suspended. We continue to deliver all over Europe.

With our roots in the Champagne region, I have developed with the teams of Plus de Bulles a wide range of champagne from winegrowers. In Champagne jargon, what I call winemaker is in fact defined by harvesting-handling, that is to say producers who make their champagne only from their own grapes, unlike the big houses which complete (more or less widely depending on the case) their own harvest by purchasing grapes. Not that the grapes bought outside are of lower quality than the grapes produced oneself (whatever one can discuss about it, in particular as regards the maturity at the harvest), but that implies to supply oneself in the 4 corners of Champagne and therefore to obscure the terroir dimension. Unlike the winegrowers, who therefore own a handful of hectares of vines located in two or three villages. A controlled origin that makes it easier to sign a production than the houses, but also its constraints because you have to be able to tame your land and extract the best from it, especially when you have plots that are less easy than others. In my opinion, one of the best incarnations of this philosophy is the Pierre Péters house, which signs Blanc de Blancs champagnes remarkably crafted from 4 terroirs of the Cote des Blancs: Le Mesnil sur Oger, Avize, Cramant and Oger.

The trust of Jacques Diebolt

For several years, we have forged strong partnerships with some of the most prestigious producers in the region. This is how the Diebolt-Vallois house, located in Cramant on the Cote des Blancs, entrusted us with the exclusive marketing of its range on the Internet. An exclusivity policy that we then developed with other houses such as Thevenet-Delouvin which owns a beautiful vineyard in the Marne valley and offers a nice approach to winemaking, but also knows how to think outside the box to imagine a few atypical cuvées like the unusual range. A house that deserves to be known !

A strong policy of exclusivity

We have also established a strong relationship with Janisson et Fils. Based in Verzenay, again on a Grand Cru classified terroir, it produces remarkable vintages. More recently, Dehours champagnes, notably a Trio S cuvée of remarkable richness and depth, have come exclusively to Plus de Bulles. Marc Hébrart also trusted us and now markets its entire range with us. Finally there is the last house to have joined us which is one of my favorites. This is the Savart champagne house, which works with local cuvées, but which is also served by a remarkable winemaker. Frédéric Savart develops exceptional cuvées with rarely seen talent. We certainly have one of the very greats of tomorrow !
