      The Making of La Cuvée Laurent-Perrier in a Half-Bottle

      The Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée in a half-bottle is crafted with great care from the first juices of the pressing, thus ensuring optimal quality. This blend consists of 50 to 55% Chardonnay, bringing purity and delicacy, 30 to 35% Pinot Noir, which adds structure and intensity, and 15 to 20% Meunier, bringing roundness and fruitiness. To this are added 20 to 30% reserve wines, ensuring the consistency and continuity of the iconic Laurent-Perrier style.

      This cuvée is made from a blend of more than 100 carefully selected crus, then aged for a long time in the cellar, which allows it to develop great aromatic complexity while preserving freshness. This aging, combined with a light dosage, gives La Cuvée a perfect balance between finesse and vivacity.
