The production of Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée

Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée is a champagne of great finesse, made from the first pressings, guaranteeing exceptional quality. The blend is composed of 50 to 55% Chardonnay, which gives this champagne its purity and elegance, 30 to 35% Pinot Noir for structure, and 15 to 20% Meunier, which adds roundness and fruitiness. This subtle blend of grape varieties is complemented by 20 to 30% reserve wines, ensuring the consistency of the Laurent-Perrier style.

The cuvée is made from over 100 carefully selected crus and benefits from long aging in the cellar, which allows it to develop beautiful aromatic complexity while retaining great freshness. Thanks to this process, La Cuvée requires only a small amount of dosage, allowing it to achieve a remarkable balance between freshness and finesse.
