The Franck Bonville winery was founded in 1926, but its first bottles were not sold until 20 years later. The family's 20 hectares of vineyards, cultivated with respect for nature, are spread across the Grand Cru terroirs of Cramant, Avize, and Oger. Franck Bonville champagnes reveal the freshness and finesse of the chalky soils of the Côte des Blancs. They offer great aromatic complexity and elegance.
The Brut Grand Cru cuvée is the most representative. A Blanc de Blancs made from the Grand Cru terroirs of Avize and Oger. A blend of three vintages, it reflects the House's style, which focuses on minerality and lightness. Among the must-try wines is the Cuvée Unisson Grand Cru, a blend of two complementary vintages, with a warm and consensual style. Franck Bonville also produces a few gems such as the Cuvée Les Belles Voyes, a vintage Blanc de Blancs champagne made from Chardonnay grapes grown on an 80-acre plot planted in 1960, which bears witness to the origins of the family business. A cuvée full of richness and elegance.
