Olivier Bonville's Rosé Grand Cru is a round and silky champagne, whose beautiful red fruit aromas will complement an aperitif or fruit salad.
This champagne is made from Chardonnays from the Grand Cru terroir of Avize, blended with 10% Pinot Noir vinified in red from the Grand Cru terroir of Ambonnay.
It is a champagne with a pale pink color and numerous fine bubbles.
On the nose, you will discover aromas of wild strawberries and cherries, followed after a few moments by the characteristic aromas of Chardonnay: brioche, vanilla, and dried fruit.
On the palate, Franck Bonville's Rosé Grand Cru reveals a rounded attack, well balanced by a beautiful minerality. The crisp red fruit notes are very present.
A superb cuvée that will be particularly appreciated in summer.
