The Franck Bonville Brut Grand Cru is a champagne all in freshness and finesse.
This Blanc de Blancs is a blend of three vintages from the Grand Cru terroirs of Avize and Oger, and truly reflects the style of this house with its emphasis on minerality and delicacy.
Brut Grand Cru by Franck Bonville was cellar matured for 30 months, and disgorged 9 months after bottling.
The dosage at 9g/L confers a certain smoothness on this champagne which is just ideal for aperitif.
