Description
Unisson Grand Cru is the result of blending two complementary vintages in a warm and harmonious style. This champagne is one of the House's essentials.
This cuvée is made from Chardonnay grapes from the Grand Cru terroir of Avize, harvested in 2016 and 2017. It is vinified and aged in stainless steel vats and undergoes malolactic fermentation. The wine is dosed at 5 g/L.
Its aromatic bouquet leaves no one indifferent, exuding mature notes of brioche, butter, and fresh almonds that intermingle with the freshness of Avize Chardonnays.
A beautiful creaminess envelops these aromas and makes them vibrate in unison. This balance persists on the palate and gracefully rounds off the tasting of this wine, which is perfect for sharing and conviviality.
