• Carte d'Or – The house's emblematic style. This generous champagne, dominated by Pinot Noir (80%), seduces with its richness, ripe yellow fruit aromas and great suppleness on the palate. A convivial cuvée, perfect as an aperitif or with a meal.
• Brut Nature Sans Soufre – A radical interpretation of purity. With zero dosage and no added sulfur, this 100% Pinot Noir reveals the fruit in its raw state, with a clean, taut and very mineral expression. Ideal for lovers of incisive champagnes.
• Clarevallis – A nod to the monastic history of the Champagne vineyards. A blend of Pinot Noir, Meunier, Chardonnay, and Pinot Blanc from organically farmed vines, this cuvée pays homage to Clairvaux Abbey. A champagne with a subtle balance between freshness, finesse, and complexity.
