Billecart-Salmon offers you its legendary cuvée, Brut Rosé, accompanied by two flutes.
Billecart-Salmon Brut Rosé is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir vinified in white, and Pinot Noir vinified in red.
Billecart-Salmon's Brut Rosé has a pale pink color with warm, golden highlights, while its delicate, slow-rising bubbles give it a persistent mousse.
On the nose, this cuvée reveals a subtle aroma and an elegant, delicate bouquet with delicate notes of red fruit.
Its unique vinification method gives this cuvée a light, elegant attack on the palate, followed by a beautifully fresh finish.
Building on its traditions, such as vinification in grand cru barrels, the house ages its bottles in an extensive network of chalk cellars dating from the 17th and 19th centuries. The temperature is constant at around 54°F, allowing the production of fine bubbles.
The Brut Rosé from Billecart-Salmon is a Champagne de Cœur, a summer Champagne, loved first and foremost by women for its balance and delicacy.
The "trade secrets" and winemaking method for this cuvée date back to the house's origins and have been passed down for seven generations.
