The half-bottle of Billecart-Salmon's Le Rosé cuvée is a true icon among rosé champagnes. With its finesse, sparkle, and red fruit aromas, this cuvée embodies elegance and subtlety. It is the ideal size for a gourmet tête-à-tête.
This cuvée is a blend of 45% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, and 20% Meunier, sourced mainly from the Montagne de Reims and the southern slopes of Épernay. A portion of the Pinot Noir is vinified as red wine, adding subtle nuances and a harmonious structure. Vinification in stainless steel vats preserves the freshness and aromatic expression of the grapes. During 36 months of maturation on lees in the historic cellars of Billecart-Salmon, the aromas develop, gaining depth and complexity. The Extra Brut dosage highlights the purity and balance of this cuvée.
The half-bottle format is particularly suited to intimate tastings or meals for two. Thanks to its small size, it preserves optimal freshness and perfect effervescence. It is also easy to transport and is an excellent choice for discovering or offering prestigious cuvées in a practical format.
The cuvée has a bright rose gold color, enlivened by persistent, fine bubbles.
The nose reveals delicate aromas of red fruits, such as strawberry and raspberry, enriched with floral and zesty citrus notes.
On the palate, the texture is silky and balanced, offering flavors of wild strawberries and a subtly tart finish. The harmony between freshness and indulgence is striking.
The price of a half-bottle of Le Rosé champagne from Billecart-Salmon is 41,95 €. This format allows you to enjoy an exceptional cuvée in a size that is perfect for special occasions, while maintaining the same quality as the full-bottle format.
