Created using the Danish brand's traditional methods, this organic drink stands out for its subtle balance and dry character. Supported by the tannic structure of Oolong tea and the fruity notes of hibiscus, LYSERØD offers a refined tasting experience, ideal for accompanying light dishes and seafood.

A precise and delicate blend

As with the other teas in the range, LYSERØD is the result of a meticulous selection of organic teas, infused to extract the quintessence of their aromas without alcoholic fermentation.

Tea Selection

The LYSERØD blend is based on a complex aromatic structure:

• Oolong tea: It brings remarkable persistence on the palate and a light woody structure.
• Hibiscus: It gives the blend its characteristic red fruit notes and beautiful pink color.
• Green Tea (Sencha): It adds a touch of freshness that balances the whole.

The history of the cuvée

"Lyserød" means "Rose" in Danish. This cuvée was developed to offer a dry alternative to alcohol-free rosés, which are often too sweet, using the noble bitterness of Oolong tea to mimic the structure of wine.
