The Art of Blending and Infusion

The unique taste of Sparkling Tea is the result of a careful selection of organic ingredients. Instead of fermenting grapes, the process involves infusing around ten varieties of tea at different temperatures and for different lengths of time to capture the full richness of the aromas.

The Selection of Teas

The BLÅ blend is based on a delicate harmony between several families of teas:

• White, Jasmine, and Chamomile Teas: These provide delicate, floral aromas.
• Green Teas: These offer complexity and structure.
• Darjeeling 1st Flush: This prestigious black tea marks the finish with supple tannins.

Sparkling Tea was born from the imagination of Jacob Kocemba, a Danish sommelier who wanted to create a non-alcoholic drink that could rival the best wines on gourmet tables. Inspired by the complexity of the world of wine, he transposed the concept of terroir to tea, selecting leaves from prestigious regions such as Yunnan and Darjeeling.
