The Grand Brut Perrier-Jouët magnum is the perfect embodiment of the elegance and finesse that define this iconic house founded in 1811. This prestigious format magnifies the floral aromas and silky texture of this cuvée. It is a perfect cuvée for celebrations or exceptional meals.
The Grand Brut magnum is a blend of 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier and 20% Chardonnay. The grapes, sourced from fifty carefully selected crus, express all the richness of the Champagne terroirs. Chardonnays from villages such as Chouilly and Cramant bring freshness and elegance, while Pinot Noirs from Verzy and Ambonnay provide structure and intensity. Meuniers from the Marne Valley add a fruity and round touch.
Under the direction of Cellar Master Séverine Frerson, up to 15% of reserve wines are added to the blend to give it beautiful aromatic depth. Aged for at least three years in Perrier-Jouët's historic cellars, the Grand Brut magnum reveals exceptional maturity and sparkling freshness thanks to a dosage of 8 to 10 g/L.
In 1846, Perrier-Jouët revolutionized the world of champagne by launching the first brut in history, with a significantly reduced sugar dosage. This spirit of innovation is embodied today in the Grand Brut magnum, a symbol of boldness and refinement.
The Grand Brut magnum reveals a brilliant golden color, subtly tinged with green highlights and enlivened by fine, persistent bubbles.
Its elegant nose combines floral notes of acacia with aromas of pear, white peach and grapefruit, creating a fresh and refined bouquet.
On the palate, the attack is lively and generous. Flavors of crisp fruit and citrus blend harmoniously with a long finish, enhanced by brioche notes and beautiful persistence.
The magnum offers exceptional storage qualities thanks to its low oxygen/volume ratio. This prestigious format allows for harmonious aging, revealing more complex aromas and a silkier texture. Perfect for special occasions, it can also serve up to 15 flutes.
The Grand Brut Perrier-Jouët magnum is available at a price of 94,95 €. This prestigious format offers exceptional value for money, ideal for marking special occasions.

To preserve all the qualities of Grand Brut, it is recommended to store the magnum lying down in a dark cellar at a constant temperature of 40–55°F. This champagne can improve for several years, offering ever richer aromas.
True to its tradition of excellence, Perrier-Jouët, under the direction of Séverine Frerson, captures in this magnum all the artistry and subtlety that have made the house famous for over two centuries.
