The Belle Époque 2015 vintage is an expressive and elegant champagne. It represents the excellence of Perrier-Jouët's expertise and its vineyard. It is a champagne with a wonderful balance between fruit and spice. It comes in a limited edition case designed by Fernando Laposse.

This cuvée combines a majority of Chardonnay with Pinot Noir, which brings vinosity, and Pinot Meunier, which offers beautiful fruit aromas.

The year 2015 was marked by a mild winter, followed by a period of drought in mid-May. This caused early flowering. July was remarkably dry and hot, but in mid-August, everything changed, with rains accelerating the ripening of the grapes, resulting in optimal conditions for the September harvest.

The Belle Epoque 2015 has a pale, clear and luminous golden color.

On the nose, this champagne offers notes of white peach and pink grapefruit, as well as a floral touch.

On the palate, the balance is remarkable, with a delicate and fruity attack. On the mid-palate, notes of pear and spices emerge.

This champagne pairs particularly well with shellfish or hard cheeses such as Parmesan or Comté.

Perrier-Jouët asked Mexican artist Fernando Laposse to design a new case for its Blanc de Blancs. The artist wanted to pay tribute to the actions taken by the House to develop biodiversity in its vineyards.
