      Description

La Réserve du champagne Palmer is an exceptional cuvée that stands out for its finesse, balance, and aromatic richness.

The Blend of La Réserve Palmer & Co Champagne

La Réserve is a skillfully orchestrated blend of the three Champagne grape varieties. Composed of 50-55% Chardonnay, this champagne benefits from the freshness and fruitiness characteristic of this grape variety. Pinot Noir, accounting for 30-35%, contributes density and vinous quality, while Pinot Meunier, representing 20-25%, adds a touch of suppleness and roundness. This harmonious blend is enriched by 30-35% reserve wines, ensuring maturity as well as aromatic consistency.

      The Vineyard

The champagne La Réserve de Palmer & Co comes from the prestigious terroirs of the Montagne de Reims. Premier and Grand Crus dominate, imparting their mark of elegance and structure. These exceptional terroirs give this cuvée a depth and complexity that are rare.

      Vinification

The vinification of La Réserve follows a rigorous and traditional process. Aged on lees for 3 to 4 years in the bottle, this champagne develops a rich and complex aromatic palette. The dosage, between 6 and 7 g/L, is perfectly mastered to preserve the balance between freshness and maturity. The perpetual reserve technique used by Palmer & Co ensures remarkable continuity and gustatory homogeneity, year after year.

      The Palmer & Co Style

The style of Palmer & Co is recognized for its precision and elegance. Under the direction of its cellar master, this champagne house perpetuates a tradition of quality and innovation. La Réserve is the pure expression of this philosophy, combining finesse, richness, and freshness.
