Le Brun de Neuville champagne
Le Brun de Neuville is a cooperative founded in 1963 by around twenty producers from the southern slopes of Sézanne (Marne). The estate is dominated by Chardonnay, which is rounder and more supple than Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs.
The Chardonnay cuvée perfectly reflects the house style: a round, generous Blanc de Blancs champagne with notes of white flowers and a creamy texture on the palate.
The Authentique cuvée is a fine demonstration of the house's expertise, using high-end techniques such as cork stoppers, which allow the wine to age very elegantly.
Finally, the Lady de N cuvées are the flagship wines of Le Brun de Neuville, complex and rich champagnes.
