Description
Cuvée Tendre Rosé from Le Brun de Neuville is a round, fruity champagne.
This cuvée is a blend of Chardonnay with the addition of red Champagne wine vinified in red to give it its salmon hue and gourmet aromas.
It's a champagne with fine, lively bubbles.
Cuvée Tendre Rosé Le Brun de Neuville offers notes of red fruit (raspberry, wild strawberry) and a touch of peppermint. On the second nose, citrus fruit and berry aromas (redcurrant, blackcurrant, blueberry) are also present.
On the palate, this is a rosé champagne with a lovely, clean, lively attack. The fruity notes discovered on the nose are repeated, supported by a hint of lemon. The finish is precise and harmonious.
