Description
Lady de N Rosé by Le Brun de Neuville is a richly aromatic champagne, evolving between fresh characters and indulgent notes.
This cuvee is a blend of majority Chardonnay completed by Pinot Noir and a small amount of reserve wines. Then, in a particularly delicate phase in the elaboration of the cuvee Lady de N Rosé, a measured quantity of red wine made in Champagne is added to the blend to create this rosé.
It is a champagne dosed at 9g/L, for extra smoothness and gourmandise.
Lady de N Rosé is a flawless match for Pata Negra ham, lobster, and ewe’s milk cheese.

Its robe is an attractive rose pink with slightly orange tints, and its bubbles are fine and delicate.
Nose
The complex nose of this champagne expresses notes of red fruits and some peppery, spicy aromas.
Palate
The gourmand palate is bursting with the mouth-watering crispness of fresh strawberries mingling with a multitude of fresh fruit aromas. In the mouth the cuvee Lady de N Rosé opens softly and gently, accompanied by the most delicate of bubbles, and continues to evoke the same fresh red fruits as found on the nose.
Service
Enjoyable as an aperitif, but also with shellfish or a red fruit dessert, served at a temperature of 8°C.
