Description
The cuvee Lady de N Chardonnay from the house of Le Brun de Neuville is a champagne of superb balance and freshness.
It is naturally made from 100% chardonnay, dosed at 10g/l.
It is a champagne made from grapes grown in the area south of the Marne which creates the characteristic smoothness of this terroir.

Lady de N Chardonnay possesses a brilliant yellow robe with bright yellow highlights. It is a champagne which is most agreeable in aspect thanks to its fine, discreet bubbles and gleaming colour.
Nose
The Le Brun de Neuville Lady de N Chardonnay offers rich, typically Chardonnay aromas of brioche and buttery notes with hints of citrus for a certain freshness.
Palate
The mouth is fresh and opulent, with bursts of citrus fruits creating a superb vivacity.
Service
It is a champagne which I recommend serving as an aperitif at around 9/10°C.
