Description
Cuvee Lady de N Clovis from the house of Le Brun de Neuville is a supremely expressive champagne full of fruity and floral aromas.
Crafted from a majority of Pinot Noir (60 to 80% depending on the year), it is completed with Chardonnay.
Excellent as an aperitif, to accompany a cocktail dinner or the first courses of a meal.

Lady de N Clovis by Le Brun de Neuville reveals a clear pale yellow robe with golden highlights of great brilliance. Its bubbles are fine and light.
Nose
Agreeable aromas of white flowers and also white fleshed fruits such as vine peaches mingle on the complex but delicate nose.
Palate
The palate opens with a fresh, frank attack, and a pleasingly round, well integrated suavity. Delightful citrus notes offer a harmonious freshness and the superb finish, evolving on lightly mineral notes, reveals a briny, even saline touch.
Service
This is a thoroughly pleasing champagne which I would suggest for aperitif served at a temperature of between 8°C and 9°C.
