Eric Rodez's Cuvée des Crayères is a pale yellow champagne with a brilliant golden hue. Its bubbles are fine, lively and intense.
Nose
On the nose, this champagne unfurls fresh floral aromas. After a few moments, the nose evolves towards crisp white fruit aromas such as pear and vine peach.
Palate
On the palate, this is a champagne with a clean, fresh attack, offering fine balance. Cuvée des Crayères unfurls aromas of white fruit, with a more generous mid-palate, punctuated by fresher, more mineral and slightly saline notes on the finish.
