In the heart of the southern hillsides of Épernay, Champagne Emeline De Sloovere embodies a new sensibility in Champagne: sincere, committed, and resolutely contemporary. Founded by a passionate young winemaker, the house draws its identity from a family heritage deeply rooted in the land, which Emeline now reinterprets with elegance, authenticity, and respect for the environment. Her philosophy is focused on nature: each cuvée is the result of patient work, carried out on vines cultivated without chemical inputs, in a spirit of sustainability. This approach extends to the bottle: the house innovates by abandoning the classic cap in favor of a recycled paper band, drastically reducing its environmental impact.

Emeline De Sloovere's champagnes are designed as signature wines. The vinification process allows the wine to express itself without artifice: natural fermentation, prolonged aging on lees, controlled dosages. Each cuvée tells a story, that of a place, a vintage, an emotion. The champagnes are extremely refined, precise and vibrant, with the Meunier and Chardonnay grapes revealing their full personality. The 75/25 cuvée pays tribute to the complementary nature of these two grape varieties with a blend of 75% Meunier for generosity and roundness, and 25% Chardonnay for freshness and length. As for the Psyché cuvée, vibrant, pure and deeply expressive, it reflects Emeline De Sloovere's environmental approach.
