In November 2017, the Princes Extra Brut obtained a score of 93/100 awarded by the Parker guide, the best score ever given to a non-vintage champagne!
The Princes Extra Brut cuvée from Maison de Venoge is a champagne made for the aperitif.
Offered in a carafe-shaped bottle, reminiscent of the habits of the great European aristocracy of the early 20th century who decanted champagne in crystal decanters.
The Princes Extra Brut cuvée is a marriage of 35% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Meunier, and 35% Chardonnay, a blend that combines finesse and fruit, underlined by a light dosage (4g / l).
It is a cuvée that has a pale gold color, and extremely fine bubbles.
On the nose, it is a champagne that offers notes of citrus, yellow fruits and pastry.
On the palate, it is a cuvée with a frank and lively attack, which then unfolds beautiful fruity aromas.
A superb aperitif cuvée.
