In November 2017, the Princes Blanc de Noirs obtained a score of 93/100 awarded by the Parker guide, the best score ever given to a non-vintage champagne !

The Blanc de Noirs from the Cuvée Princes is a full, round and structured Champagne that will go well with fish, white meat (poultry, veal) or a dessert based on dried fruits (hazelnuts, walnuts). Made only from Pinot Noir, it comes from the marriage of the Premiers and Grands Crus of the Montagne de Reims (Verzy and Verzenay) with a plot selection from the commune of Riceys.

Its elegant, decanter-shaped look alludes to the crystal bottles used by the 20th century aristocracy for decanting.

The pale yellow color is adorned with sumptuous green and silver reflections, announcing a good freshness in the mouth.

The nose is of great aromatic richness. Very fruity, it offers aromas of fresh red fruits (blackcurrant) with a nice freshness allowed thanks to an underlying minerality.

The palate is characterized by an elegant vinosity which in no way alters its greedy radiance.
