De Venoge's Cuvée Princes Blanc de Blancs is a magnificent, fine and elegant champagne. It's the perfect accompaniment to a lovely aperitif.

This cuvée is made from a selection of Chardonnays from terroirs classified as Premiers and Grands Crus (Mesnil sur Oger, Trépail).

The carafe-shaped bottle alludes to the crystal flasks used by 20th-century aristocrats to decant and taste champagnes.

Princes Blanc de Blancs De Venoge has an elegant pale gold color, with many fine bubbles.

On the nose, it's a delicate, elegant champagne, revealing lovely notes of white flowers and citrus fruit.

On the palate, the attack is frank, carried by a beautiful freshness and a dazzling mineral structure. The fruity, floral notes discovered on the nose are repeated on the palate, with a touch of yellow fruit.

This exceptional cuvée has a lovely tension that suggests good ageing potential.
