Charles Heidsieck's Brut Réserve is a veritable revolution in the company's history.

It replaces the old Brut Réserve with a blend of 60 vintages of the year, to which are added reserve wines of an average age of 10 years, representing 40% of the blend. This high proportion of wines from previous harvests, combined with 8 years' ageing in the Charles Heidsieck cellars, ensures that Brut Réserve has a perfectly unique and inimitable style.

Brut Réserve Charles Heidsieck has a deep, intense gold color and very fine bubbles.

The nose is astonishing and singular, combining roasted coffee, brioche and pastries, with hints of ripe mango, apricot and dried fruit.

On the palate, Brut Réserve reveals its full potential. It's a precise champagne, with an elegant, rich touch.

It's a cuvée with a smooth, even creamy texture, and a praline and vanilla finish.

Charles Heidsieck's Brut Réserve is a perfect match for spicy lamb fillet, smoked salmon tartar, monkfish with porcini mushrooms and chanterelle mushrooms, or a mirabelle plum muffin.
