A blend of great precision

The fruit of meticulous expertise, Brut Réserve is made from more than 60 carefully selected crus, among which three emblematic terroirs play an essential role:

• Oger (Grand Cru of the Côte des Blancs) – for the generosity and depth of Chardonnay.
• Ambonnay (Grand Cru de la Montagne de Reims) – for the power and structure of Pinot Noir.
• Verneuil (Vallée de la Marne) – for the roundness and creaminess of Meunier.

The blend is based on:

• 40% Pinot Noir, which brings body and beautiful aromatic intensity.
• 40% Chardonnay, which offers finesse, freshness, and tension.
• 20% Meunier, which adds suppleness and fruitiness.

The distinctive feature of Brut Réserve lies in its exceptional 50% reserve wine content, some of which is aged for over 10 years, giving the wine depth, complexity and maturity. Vinification is carried out separately for each vintage and grape variety in stainless steel vats , with 5 to 10% of the wines aged in wood (in old Burgundy barrels) for an extra touch of refinement.

  The Brut Réserve cuvée reveals a deep golden color, enlivened by a fine, regular and persistent effervescence – the signature of slow maturation in chalk cellars.

  The nose is full and expressive, marked by notes of warm brioche, ripe fruit (mango, apricot, mirabelle plum), and a beautiful richness of hazelnut and toast. Hints of pistachio and almond emerge with aeration, revealing all the nobility of the reserve wines.
