A precise blend for an exceptional champagne
Brut Majeur is made from a rigorous selection of the best grapes from six great Champagne regions: Côte des Blancs, Montagne de Reims, Vallée de la Marne, Sézannais, Vitryat and Côte des Bar. Each cru, each grape variety and each year are vinified separately in stainless steel vats to preserve the purity of the fruit and reveal the identity of each terroir.
- 50 to 55% Chardonnay, which brings finesse, tension and a beautiful aromatic brightness.
- 30 to 40% Pinot Noir, which gives the wine structure, power and depth.
- 10 to 15% Meunier, which brings suppleness and roundness.
This multi-vintage champagne contains 40% reserve wines, ensuring continuity of style and increased complexity.
Prolonged aging and low dosage
The Brut Majeur magnum is aged on lees for at least three years, well beyond the appellation standards. This patience allows the champagne to develop a full, silky texture while retaining great freshness. With a low dosage of 6 g/L, this cuvée fully expresses the identity of the Champagne terroirs, without artifice.
