      Description

      The Brut Majeur from the house of Ayala is an elegant, refined champagne which offers a delicate fruitiness.

      Made from grapes grown on some of the best terroirs in Champagne, from Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards, it is a blend of 45% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Meunier, completed by the addition of 20% reserve wine which has aged for 3 years in the cellar.

      Its fine bubbles flatter the golden gleam of the robe. The nose offers notes of yellow fruits with a nice touch of crispness.

      On the palate the Ayala Brut Majeur is all delicacy and precision, perfectly dosed, with no excess of acidity but with a slight lift of minerality.

      It’s a champagne which will be appreciated as an aperitif, but can also accompany shellfish, scallops and sea fish.
