Description

The cuvee Blanc de Blancs is the icon of the Diebolt-Vallois champagne house, and is a tribute to the skills of Jacques Diebolt, one of the foremost experts on the Côte des Blancs terroir.

It is a champagne made exclusively from Chardonnay from the terroirs of Cuis, Chouilly, Epernay and young vines at Cramant, and is a blend of two different vintages in order to obtain a champagne of complexity and constant quality.

Robe

The Diebolt-Vallois Blanc de Blancs sparkles gold with fine and lively bubbles.

Nose

Its typically Chardonnay nose is marked by floral and fruity notes, and offers great complexity of citrus fruits and fresh white-fleshed fruit.

Palate

The attack is most agreeable with its delicately fine effervescence contributing a note of freshness. The palate also reiterates the same fresh fruitiness as the nose.

Service

This gourmand and harmonious Blanc de Blancs is truly delightful, and is guaranteed to give pleasure served with a cocktail aperitif, or dining al fresco. Should be served at a temperature of between 9 and 10°C. The Diebolt-Vallois Blanc de Blancs is also excellent value for money.
