The Cuvee Tradition from Diebolt-Vallois is a blend of 30% Chardonnay, 35 to 45% Pinot Noir and 25 to 35% Pinot Meunier, from parcels on the domain belonging to this champagne house.

The blend varies according to the year to ensure a constant quality and regularity for this cuvee Tradition which is a champagne of character and personality.

Presentation of Jacques Diebolt

This is a Cuvee Tradition, the most typical of Champagne, where the plantations are 75% Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, and 25% Chardonnay, and these are the proportions that we find, more or less, in the Cuvee Tradition.
It’s a champagne which is good for aperitif and the first course of a meal, or sometimes the whole meal, unlike a Blanc de Blancs which is purely an aperitif champagne.
It’s a champagne which pleases everyone, ideal for gatherings, weddings for example.

Robe

The Diebolt-Vallois Cuvee Tradition is light yellow in color, with brilliant yellowy green glints and fine, slowly ascending bubbles.

Nose

The nose is complex, with mineral notes, great freshness and very pronounced citrus aromas.

Palate

The palate also expresses fresh, vivid notes of pink grapefruit and lime. The Diebolt-Vallois Cuvee Tradition is powerful, elegant and well balanced at the same time; a cuvee which is highly representative of this champagne house.

Service

Serve as an aperitif or with an entree at 9°C to best appreciate all its aromas. It is also a champagne which offers great value.
